Great to hold your immediate required File Folders your working on or just to have arms reach hanging File holders for your desktop. The Letter sized ones are 12" wide x 5.5" deep x 9.5" tall.
The Legal sized one is 15.25" wide x 5.5" deep x 9.5" tall.
