It can adjust in height, tripod feet spacing, and the Guitar seat base extend arms can be moved.

The height can be up to 24 - 25" if the tripod is reigned in a couple inches.... I have it stretched right out in the pictures in low profile mode.
The base arms width is a healthy 14" and can be adjusted as well. Many cannot.

This one was a bit more money than the plain jane ones as it has more detailed adjustable holding arms than the cheaper ones. It was around $40.00 new. I am selling for around half that price.
