The trainer is incredibly easy to use, offers great instruction on form and technique, builds fitness at a pace that other equipment can't match and is just a blast.
Ipower Trainer is on sale new in there website for 2200$ mine is in perfect condition other than a very small 1 inch by 1 inch rip that can easily be repaired happen during an unloading of it out of the back of a truck. Works 110% great really fun just not much use out of it anymore.
