Very old hand made rocking chair. The chairs is hand made and then reenforced, unknown when it was made. I know very little about the chair, age, builder or any history.
There are four bolts either originally built in or when it was refurbished that allow the chair to be tightened as it ages.
The chair has been re-stained and varnished.
The seat has been recovered, and is easily removed if and when needs to be recovered again.
A very interesting chair that has the ability to last a very long time.
