Each room is for ONE PERSON occupancy only.

One room is a master bedroom 11X18. It has a private bathroom that measures 10x7 with a large walk-in closet. Rent is $1,200 plus utilities. This room is available as of August 6th, 2023.

One room is 12x10 with a walk-in closet. Rent is $950 plus utilities. This room is available as of August 24th, 2023. The renter will use a shared bathroom with separate sinks and storage space.

Utilities include internet, gas, electricity, trash and water and is a set amount of $140.00 per month.

First and last month's rent is required as well as an initial one-year lease.

-No pets.
-No overnight guests (daytime visitors OK)

-Must pass a credit check with GOOD credit or higher.
-Background check will be conducted, including employer.
-References to previous rental will be requested and called.
