Ottoman Dimensions: H 17" x W 30" x D 22"
Some damage (piece popped off inside of arm so it feels dented when you touch it but is not noticeable) on back arm of chair but overall structure is still good.
Ottoman is in good condition but does have some discoloration.
Chair and Ottoman are sold as a set. Will not sell separately. $100 for both pieces obo. CASH ONLY. You pick up.
