We had this as an ice fishing shack (hence the couple of holes in the bottom) but we knocked it down to use as a trailer. Small storage box on one side. Metal frame is in excellent condition as well as the hitch. Will need new lights as we just used a temporary set up. Tires in great condition with a spare.
