I am searching for a well taken care of vintage tenor sax, hoping for perhaps a Kohlert or similar, hoping for a reasonable price as I plan to invest significant money into completely overhauling and repadding. Willing to work with minor dent damage also, lacquer doesn’t really matter, given the age I’m looking for.

Hoping I might find Grandpa’s old sax in a closet collecting dust, not being used by any family members that the family might want to pass it on and have it come back to life! The horn will be played regularly, and fully appreciated. I also play a vintage alto, that I found in a similar situation prior to Covid, it almost gets played daily, hoping to have a tenor to enjoy also.
